Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe led top government officials and relevant stakeholders, including Hajiya Rabi Salisu – Commissioner Ministry of Human Services and Social Development for series of activities marking International Day for Persons with Disabilities.
