Kaduna is witnessing an unprecedented development blitz as Governor Uba Sani, in just four days between September 8 and 12, 2025, flagged off and rolled out nine road projects across the state, in a bold demonstration of speed, focus, and people-centered governance.

From Rigasa in Igabi LGA to Tudun Wada in Kaduna South, and from Makarfi to Kudan and Sabon Gari LGAs, the Governor stormed communities with long-awaited infrastructure interventions, breathing new life into areas that had suffered neglect for decades.

In Rigasa Ward, four new roads are to be constructed by the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), with 50 percent of the funds already released as mobilisation. Similarly, Zango Road in Tudun Wada has entered rehabilitation, while two strategic networks — Durum–Kuruntumawa in Makarfi and Hunkuyi–Unguwan Rimi–Basawa linking Kudan and Sabon Gari — were inaugurated to boost connectivity.

At each event, Governor Uba Sani assured residents that under his leadership, no project will be abandoned, pledging to complete every work initiated in order to deliver maximum value and restore trust in governance.

Beyond the groundbreaking ceremonies, the Governor emphasised that the projects are not just about asphalt and concrete, but about dignity and inclusion, ensuring communities like Rigasa and Tudun Wada, often left behind, now take their rightful place in Kaduna’s development story.

With nine road projects unveiled in just four days, Uba Sani has indeed redefined Kaduna’s development speed, positioning the state as a model for rapid and impactful governance in Nigeria.
